  N-氯-或N-溴-双三氟甲胺与（CF 3）3 M（M = P，As）进行逐步取代反应，得到[（CF 3）2 N] n P（CF 3）3- n（n = 1，2，3）和[（CF 3）2 N] n As（CF 3）3 – n（n = 1，2）。（CF 3）3 Sb与（CF 3）2 NCl之间的相应反应得到SbF 3，CF 3Cl和CF 3 N CF 2。在19 19 F核磁共振光谱被记录。
