制备方法与用途

制备方法

2-氨基-4-甲氨基-6-乙氧基均三氮苯的制备：将57克三聚氯氰溶于800毫升丙酮中，冷却至-10℃，通入氨气11克，反应30分钟；随后滴加甲胺水溶液84克，在30℃下反应3小时。经后处理得2-氨基-4-甲氨基-6-氯均三氮苯46.5克，熔点＞230℃。接着在400毫升乙醇溶液中与224克10% CH₃CH₂ONa的乙醇钠回流反应3小时，经后处理得产品40.5克，熔点171.1～171.6℃，含量＞95%，收率80%。

2-甲酸甲酯苯磺酰异氰酸酯的制备：详见甲磺隆的制备方法。

胺苯磺隆的合成：将17.7克2-氨基-4-甲氨基-6-乙氧基均三氮苯溶于6000毫升二氯甲烷中，滴加27.3克邻甲酸甲酯苯磺酰异氰酸酯，在常温下反应3小时。溶液逐渐变乳白色，静置、过滤、干燥得胺苯磺隆35克，熔点195℃，含量＞93%，收率＞80%。
