Several 5‐substituted 1,2‐dihydrofuro[3,2‐f][1,7]naphthyridines were synthesized as part of our research to develop new effective bronchodilators. Amines, sulfanyls, and alcohols were used as substituents at the fifth position. Tetracyclic compounds were also obtained.
