  The present invention relates to novel compounds of formula (I) where: X is an —OH or ═O grouping; n is an integer between 0 and 5; R′ is H or a C 1 -C 4 alkyl radical, when n≧2, two adjacent —OR′ groupings can together form the divalent radical —O—CH 2 —O—; except when X═OH, the compound does not comprise a double ethylene link in the alpha position of the carbon having said OH.
