  通过α-碘代-N-芳基乙酰胺与甲酰胺反应，成功开发了一种简便的N-芳基甲酰胺衍生物合成方法。该方法适用于带有给电子或吸电子基团的α-碘-N-芳基乙酰胺底物，N-(benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-2-iodoacetamide，2-iodo- N-(吡啶-2-基)乙酰胺和2-碘-N-(萘-4-基)乙酰胺以中等至极好的产率(65-94%)得到相应的N-芳基甲酰胺。提出了一种合理的机制来解释新的转变。
