The invention provides a fluorine rubber composition capable of providing a cross-linked fluorine rubber which has a high tensile elongation at break and a low hardness. The fluorine rubber composition contains fluorine rubber, carbon black, at least one compound (A) selected from the group consisting of fatty oils and aliphatic hydrocarbons, and a peroxide cross-linker. The carbon black has a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area (N2SA) of 25 to 180 m2/g. The compound (A) has a boiling point at atmospheric pressure of 250°C or higher and a melting point or a freezing point of 15°C or lower.
