  (EN) Heterocyclic amines of the formula: Ar-X-A-NR1R2 wherein Ar is a bicyclic or tricyclic aromatic group which is unsubstituted or which bears one or more substituents selected from halo, nitro and cyano groups and alkyl and alkoxy groups each of up to 4 carbon atoms; wherein X is a direct link or is -O-, -S-, -SO- or -SO2- or has the formula -C(R3)=CH- wherein R3 is hydrogen or alkyl of up to 4 carbon atoms; wherein A is straight or branched alkylene or alkenylene of 3 to 8 carbon atoms which may be interrupted by -O-, -S- or -NH-; and wherein NR1R2 is a cyclic amino group; or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, are of value for therapeutic use, particularly in the treatment of myocardial ischaemia and hypertension and in the treatment of fungal infections.(FR) L'invention concerne des amines hétérocycliques de la formule Ar-X-A-NR1R2 où Ar représente un groupe aromatique bicyclique ou tricyclique qui est non substitué ou qui porte un ou plusieurs substituants sélectionnés parmi les groupes halo, nitro et cyano et les groupes alkyle et alcoxy possédant chacun jusqu'à 4 atomes de carbone; X représente une liaison directe ou -O-, -S-, -SO-, ou -SO2 ou bien a la formule -C(R3)=CH- dans laquelle R3 représente hydrogène ou alkyle possédant jusqu'à 4 atomes de carbone; A représente alkylène à chaîne droite ou ramifiée ou alcénylène possédant de 3 à 8 atomes de carbone qui peut être interrompu par -O-, -S- ou -NH-; et où NR1R2 représente un groupe amino cyclique; ou un sel d'addition acide de ces amines pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Ces amines sont valables pour un usage thérapeutique, notamment dans le traitement de l'ischémie myocardique et de l'hypertension ainsi que dans le traitement d'infections fongiques.
