    一种有效的区域和化学选择方法,用于合成新型的3-氨基-2'-氧代螺并[苯并[ c ]吡喃并[3,2 - a ]吩嗪-1,3'-二氢吲哚] -2-腈/羧酸酯衍生物通过在回流条件下,在DABCO的存在下,在DABCO的存在下,通过一锅,四组分的2-羟基萘-1,4-二酮,苯-1,2-二胺,靛红和丙二腈/氰基乙酸酯的多米诺偶联反应开发。该级联形成两个CN键/ Knoevenagel缩合/ Michael加成/环化顺序的优点是其高原子经济性,优异的产率,产生五个新键的效率(两个C–N,两个C–C和一个C–O)和一个立体中心,只需一次操作。

    benzo[a]benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3-c]phenazine in PEG as a green solvent. Elemental analysis, FT-IR, XRD, TGA, SEM, EDX, and ICP-OEC confirmed the structure of this nanocatalyst. Importantly, this nanocatalyst can be easily separated from the reaction media and reused for at least four consecutive cycles without a discernible reduction in its catalytic activity.

    A novel, domino, multi-component reaction for the synthesis of polyfunctionalized spiro[benzo[c]pyrano[3,2-a]phenazine] derivatives has been established. L-Proline has been used as a bifunctional catalyst for the one-pot condensation of 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone with aromatic 1,2-diamines to form the corresponding quinoxalines and then cyclo-condensation with an allcylmalonate and a cyclic carbonyl compound leads to novel spiro[benzo[c]pyrano[3,2-a]phenazine] derivatives in high yields and short reaction times.
