    The invention relates to a polyurethane polymer-based aqueous dispersion and a method for preparing the same, a composition comprising the aqueous dispersion, use of the composition, and a coated article. The aqueous dispersion comprises a polyurethane polymer and water, wherein the polyurethane polymer is obtained by reacting a system comprising the following components: an isocyanate compound comprising a pentamethylene diisocyanate, wherein the amount of the pentamethylene diisocyanate is not less than 25 wt.% based on that the amount of the isocyanate compound is 100 wt.%; a polymer polyol having a number average molecular weight of not less than 400 g/mol, wherein the polymer polyol comprises a carbon dioxide-derived polyether carbonate polyol, the amount of which is not less than 40 wt.% based on that the amount of the polymer polyol is 100 wt.%; an amino compound having an amino functionality of greater than 1; and a compound comprising at least one isocyanate-reactive group and at least one ionic or potentially ionic hydrophilic group.

    The invention relates to a polyisocyanate mixture comprising a polyisocyanate component A) having aliphatically and/or cycloaliphatically bonded isocyanate groups and a polyisocyanate component B) having araliphatically and/or aromatically bonded isocyanate groups, characterized in that the polyisocyanate component A) comprises at least 0.85% by weight of sulfonate groups (calculated as SO3; molar weight = 80 g/mol) in chemically bonded form and the proportion of the polyisocyanate component B) is 7 to 43% by weight of the total amount of the components A) and B). The invention further relates to the use thereof and also coating compositions comprising the polyisocyanate mixture and also the substrates coated with these coating compositions.

    The present invention relates to an aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersion and a preparation process thereof, an adhesive containing the same, and an adhesion article obtained by adhering with said adhesive. The aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersion comprises a polyurethane-urea dispersed therein, said polyurethane-urea is obtained from a reaction of a system comprising the following components: a polyisocyanate mixture; a polyester polyol having a melting temperature of greater than 32 °C, wherein the melting temperature is measured by using a DSC-7 from Perkin-Elmer at 20-100 °C according to DIN 6 5467, and taken from the first temperature-rising curve; an emulsifier; an optional monohydroxy polyether and an optional diamine; the polyisocyanate mixture contains hexamethylene diisocyanate and dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, the amount of hexamethylene diisocyanate is 0.01 wt% - 25 wt%, the amount of dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate is 0.01 wt% -6 wt%, based on the amount of the system as 100 wt%. The adhesive containing the aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersion of the present invention has a low activation temperature and a good mechanical property.

    The invention is related to a process for producing an epoxy-group terminated polyoxazolidinone comprising the copolymerization of a polyisocyanate compound (A) with two or more isocyanate groups with a polyepoxide compound (B) with two or more epoxy groups in the presence of a specific catalyst (C), wherein the molar ratio of the epoxy groups of the polyepoxide compound (B) to the isocyanate groups of the polyisocyanate compound (A) is larger than 2:1 and less than 25:1, and wherein the copolymerization is operated in the absence of an additional solvent (D-1) with an boiling point higher than 170 °C, preferred, 165 °C, more preferred 160°C most preferred 150 °C at 1 bar (absolute). The invention is also related to the resulting epoxy-group terminated polyoxazolidinones.
