    A number of phosphorylated fluorochromes were synthesized and tested for the alkaline phosphatase-linked fluorescence assay of membrane-bound nucleic acids. 3-Hydroxy-N-2'-biphenyl-2-naphthalenecarboxamide phosphate ester (HBNP) was found to be the most suitable for the assay. Nonfluorescent HBNP is hydrolyzed by phospholipase bound to the probe DNA to the highly fluorescent 3-hydroxy-N,2'-biphenyl-2-naphthalenecarboxamide (HBN). HBN is insoluble enough in aqueous medium to precipitate on the nylon membrane. Spots containing as little as 5 fg of lambda DNA can be successfully detected on the membrane with HBNP.

    本发明公开了一种颜料橙PO‑38的工业化生产方法。它以2‑‑5‑甲酰胺基苯胺、3‑羟基‑N‑(4‑乙酰胺基苯基)‑2‑甲酰胺为原料,经成盐反应、重氮化反应、酸析反应及偶合反应得到颜料橙PO‑38。本发明加入混合助剂,提高偶合反应效率,改善该红光颜料橙的色光;通过反酸析,调整加料顺序,将3‑羟基‑N‑(4‑乙酰胺基苯基)‑2‑甲酰胺溶解液加入到酸溶液中,使AS‑P分子在足够多的酸溶液中立即形成负离子变成细小的颗粒,避免AS‑P分子继续与其他的分子结合变大,从而可以使合成的颜料分子变细小,以致提高颜料性能;其反应条件温和,对设备要求低,反应时间短,改性剂较常见,改性剂应用难度较小,得到的产物红光颜料橙PO‑38性能好,其耐热性达到200℃,耐光牢度5级。

    This invention is that of an azo pigment composition containing about 1 to 10 percent by weight of a nonionic alkyl polyglycoside dispersing agent. The polyglycosides useful in the invention have the general formulae:CnH2n+1 M (C₆H₁₀O₅)x H wherein: m is an oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen phosphorous or silicon atom; n is an integer from 8 to 18, preferably 8 to 11 and X represents the number average degree of polymerization having a numerical value from about 1 to about 2. These azo pigment compositions are prepared by conducting the azo pigment coupling reaction in the presence of said alkyl polyglycoside. The resulting pigment exhibit superior application properties in water based ink systems.
