  (EN) Compositions comprising a compound of formula (I), and optionally a mild stimulant, are effective for suppressing feeding behavior, substance craving, substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive behavior, and for altering macronutrient preference, and its pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts, wherein R1 and R3 are each independently H, hydroxyalkyl, alpha-cyanoalkyl, SO3H, SO2NH2, or C(O)R, where R is OH, NH2, lower alkoxy, benzyloxy, or aliphatic amino acyl; R2 is H, lower alkyl, benzyl, succinyl, or C(O)R4, where R4 is H, lower alkyl, hydrocarboxy-lower alkylene, or lower alkoxycarboxy-lower alkylene; and R5, R6, R7, and R8 are each independently H, halo, lower alkyl, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, or two adjacent radicals form methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy.(FR) Compositions comprenant un composé selon la formule (I), et, le cas échéant, un stimulant léger, efficaces pour empêcher le comportement alimentaire, les envies excessives de substances, les abus de certaines substances et les comportements obsessionnels-compulsifs, et pour modifier les préférences macronutritionnelles.
