摘要 一系列新型(1-芳基-1H- 1,2,3-三唑-4-基)甲基3-乙酰氨基-1-苯基-1H-苯并[ f ]色烯-2-甲酸酯由丙- 3-乙酰氨基-1-苯基-1H-苯并[ f ]色烯-2-甲酸2-yn-1-基酯。3-氨基-1-苯基-1 H-苯并[ f ]色烯-2-甲腈和2-氨基-4-苯基-4a,5,6,7,8,8a-六氢-4 H-色烯-3-甲腈由苯甲醛、β-萘酚或环己醇与丙二腈三组分缩合制备。与作为参考抗生素的氯霉素和两性霉素 B 相比,评估了合成化合物的抗菌和抗真菌活性。
