Synthesis of Enediynes by Reaction of Bicycloalkenyldiiodonium Salts with Lithium Alkynylcuprates

Bicycloalkenyldiiodonium salts, di[phenyl(trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy) iodo]norbornadiene (1a) and di[phenyl(trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy) iodo]-3,5-epoxy-1,4-cyclohexadiene (1b) react under mild conditions, with a number of lithium alkynylcuprates, generated in situ from the corresponding lithium acetylides and copper(I) cyanide, to give the respective enediynes 2 in moderate to good isolated yields.
双环烯烃二碘铵盐、二[苯基(三氟甲烷磺酰氧)]碘诺波烯 (1a) 和二[苯基(三氟甲烷磺酰氧)]碘-3,5-环氧-1,4-环己二烯 (1b) 在温和条件下与多种锂炔基铜盐反应,这些锂炔基铜盐是由相应的锂乙炔和铜(I)氰化物原位生成的,从而得到相应的烯炔化合物 2,分离产率为中等到良好。
