  (EN) A process for preparing the compound of formula (I) which comprises treating a compound of formula (II) wherein R2 is hydrogen, CN or CO2R1 and R1 is hydrogen or (C1-C6)alkyl with a reducing agent with the proviso that when R2 is CN or CO2R1 and R1 is (C1-C6)alkyl the product of the reduction is heated with an acid.
