  Die Erfindung betrifft Verbindungen vom Typus der Formel worin Ph einen gegebenenfalls substituierten 1,2-Phenylenrest bedeutet, R, bis R, jeweils für Wasserstoff oder Niederalkyl steht oder (R3+R4) einen Rest Ph oder Niederalkylen bedeutet, welches die Stickstoffatome durch 2-4 Kohlenstoffatome trennt, R5 für Wasserstoff, Niederalkyl oder HPh steht. X Oxo, Thioxo, Imino oder Niederalkylimino bedeutet. Y für Epoxy, Epithio oder Sulfinyl steht, m eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 7 und p und q jeweils 1 bis 3 bedeutet. wobei (p+q) = 4, und Säureadditionssalze dieser Verbindungen. Die Produkte zeigen stimulierende und antidepressive Wirkungen. Sie können z. B. durch Reduktion von Verbindungen, welche anstelle von CmH2m den Rest Cm-1Hm-2-CO aufweisen, hergestellt werden.
