Provided herein are methods and compositions for treating cancers, inflammatory diseases, rasopathies, and fibrotic disease involving aberrant Ras superfamily signaling through the binding of compounds to the GTP binding domain of Ras superfamily proteins including, in certain cases, K-Ras and mutants thereof, and a novel method for assaying such compositions.
The present invention relates generally to azabicyclic containing pharmaceutical agents, and in particular, to azabicyclic metalloprotease inhibiting compounds. More particularly, the present invention provides a new class of azabicyclic MMP-3, MMP-8 and/or MMP-13 inhibiting compounds, which exhibit an increased potency and selectivity in relation to currently known MMP-13, MMP-8 and MMP-3 inhibitors.
The present invention relates to novel pharmaceutical compositions of general formula (I) comprising thienopyrimidine compounds. Moreover, the present invention relates to the use of the thienopyrimidine compounds of the invention for the production of pharmaceutical compositions for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of diseases which can be influenced by the inhibition of the kinase activity of Mnk1 and/or Mnk2 (Mnk2a or Mnk2b) and/or variants thereof.
