    Reaction of γ-(aminopropyl)siloxanes with phenolphthalein as a route to new siloxane-containing phenols
    摘要:
    The reaction of gamma-aminopropylorganosiloxanes with phenolphthalein yields monomeric and oligomeric N-alkylsiloxy-3,3-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)phthalimidines. Their structures and compositions were confirmed by IR and NMR spectroscopy and by HPLC-MS. Studies by GLC and MALDI mass spectrometry showed that the action of the amine and of the water released in the reaction leads to the rearrangement of the siloxane bond in the course of the synthesis with the formation of linear and cyclic carbofunctional oligomeric siloxanephenols and mixed oligophenolaminosiloxanes. The possibility of modification of epoxy resins with the synthesized oligomers was revealed.

    A polyimide resin is prepared by polymerizing (A) a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride component consisting essentially of 10 to 50 mol % of 2,2-bis(3,4-benzene-dicarboxylic anhydride)perfluoropropane and 90 to 50 mol % of pyromellitic dianhydride or similar acid dianhydride and (B) a diamine component consisting essentially of 10 to 80 mol % of a silicon diamine and 90 to 20 mol % of an ether diamine. The polyimide resin is dissolved in an organic solvent and blended with finely divided silica to form a composition which is useful for protecting semiconductor elements.

    An ultrathin film composed substantially of silicon-containing polyurea comprising polyaddition bonded units derived from (A) at least one polyamine selected from the group consisting of silicon-containing polyamines and hydrocarbon-type polyamines, each of said polyamines containing at least two primary or secondary amino groups in the molecule, and (B) at least one polyisocyanate compound selected from the group consisting of silicon-containing polyisocyanates and hydrocarbon-type polyisocyanates, each of said polyisocyanates having at least two isocyanate groups in the molecular chains; provided that when the polyisocyanate compound is the hydrocarbon-type polyisocyanate alone, at least one of the selected polyamines is a silicon-containing polyamine containing at least one terminal amino group in the molecule.     A circuit substrate having an insulating layer comprising a polyimide resin on a metal foil substrate, wherein the polyimide resin is a polyimide resin obtained by the reaction of (A) aromatic diamines comprising (a) 1,3-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzene and (b) 2,2'-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4'-diaminobiphenyl and (B) aromatic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydrides comprising (a) 3,4,3',4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and (b) 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane dianhydride. The circuit-formed substrate has a desired circuit comprising a conductive layer on the circuit substrate. The polyimide resin has a low hygroscopic property and thus the substrate is excellent in the dimensional stability and does not cause warping even when the humidity in the environmental atmosphere is changed.
