New divinyl- and diallyl-borasiloxanes have been synthesized in good yield from corresponding boronic acids. They have been characterized by H-1-, C-13-, Si-29- and B-11-NMR, as well as by MS. Their behavior in metathesis reactions initiated by two different catalysts ([RhCl(COD)](2) for vinylsiloxanes and [Mo] Schrock's catalyst for allylsiloxanes) has been studied.
