  Five amidino(thio)phosphoramidates and six 2-pyrimidy1(thio)phosphoramidates were prepared for screening in four cancer test systems. Three of these derivatives were also tested against Plasmodium berghei . None of the compounds exhibited significant antineoplastic or antimalarial activity.
