  This invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and used thereof and methods of treating diseases mediated by Hedgehog signaling pathway. The compound of Formula I or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is used as a Hedgehog signaling pathway inhibitor, wherein R1 is NO2 or phenyl group which is optionally substituted with one to three substitutions independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C3 alkyl and C3-C5 cycloalkyl； R2 is a phenyl or naphthyl ring which is optionally substituted with one to three substitutions independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-C3 alkyl and C3-C5 cycloalkyl； X is Nitrogen or C-R3 wherein R3 is hydrogen, C1-C3 alkyl, or C3-C5 cycloalkyl. The compound and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof effectively inhibit pathway activities.
