The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising an inhibitor of epithelial sodium channel activity in combination with at least one ABC Transporter modulator compound of Formula A, Formula B, Formula C, or Formula D. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical formulations thereof, and to methods of using such compositions in the treatment of CFTR mediated diseases, particularly cystic fibrosis using the pharmaceutical combination compositions.

accessed via photoredox catalysis could provide new reactivity under milder conditions. Here we demonstrate the direct coupling of CO2 and amines via the single-electron reduction of CO2 for the photoredox-catalysed continuousflow synthesis of α-amino acids. By leveraging the advantages of utilizing gases and photochemistry in flow, a commercially available organicphotoredoxcatalyst effects the selective
procedures for the catalytichydrosilylation of secondary and tertiary amides under mild conditions have been developed. In the presence of inexpensive zinc catalysts, tertiary amides are easily reduced by applying monosilanes. Key to success for the reduction of the secondary amides is the use of zinc triflate and disilanes with dual SiH moieties. The presented hydrosilylations proceed with excellent

[reaction, structure: see text] Aminoarenethiolate-copper(I) complexes are known to be efficient catalysts for carbon-carbon bond formation. Here, we show the first examples that these thiolate-copper(I) complexes are efficient for carbon-nitrogen bond formation reactions as well. N-Arylation of benzylamine and imidazole with bromobenzene was achieved either in NMP as solvent or under solvent-free
The present invention relates to a sulfonyl-substituted benzoheterocyclic derivative, a preparation method and medical use thereof. Particularly, disclosed is a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, solvate, or prodrug thereof, and a preparation method and application thereof. The definition of each group in the formula can be found in the specification and the claims.
