深红色至近红外(NIR)OLED产生的发射峰值波长超过λ = 660 nm,可用作植物生长或健康监测系统中的独特光源。但是,与其他可见光谱OLED相比,深红色OLED领域的研究并不先进。在这项工作中,开发了三种新型的基于二苯并呋喃的主体材料,作为n型激基复合物主体伙伴。将它们与深红色铱络合物双(2,3-二苯基喹喔啉)铱(双戊酰甲烷)([[(DPQ)2 Ir(dpm)])和N,N'-二(萘-1-基)-N结合,ñ'-diphenylbenzidine(α-NPD)作为AP-型激基复合物的宿主伙伴,高效率的深红色OLED可以具有最大外量子效率来实现(η EXT,最大的16%以上)与Comission国际歌DE L'Éclairge( CIE)坐标为(0.71、0.28)。另外,研究了激基复合物主体的掺杂浓度和p / n比对OLED的效率和寿命的影响。因此,优化的器件表现出η EXT,最大的15%以上,在100
