The ester compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of partial esters of divalent alcohols having 2-4 carbon atoms with aliphatic monocarboxylic acids having 8-22 carbon atoms. The nonionic surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of partial esters of tri- to hexavalent alcohols with aliphatic monocarboxylic acids having 8-22 carbon atoms, specific ester compounds, and specific ether compounds.
