    An ion-conductive polymer electrolyte comprises an organic polymer, a soluble electrolyte salt and an organic solvent. The organic polymer is the compound obtained by crosslinking an organic compound having a structure of the following general formula ⓛ;         Z - [ (Am - Xp) - Y] k   ⓛ in which Z is a residue of a compound having at least one active hydrogen, Y is an active hydrogen group or polymerizable functional group, m is an integer of l to 25O, k is an integer of l to l2, A is a structure of the following general formula ②; wherein n is an integer of O to 25, R is an alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or alkylaryl group having l to 2O carbon atoms, X is -(CH₂-CH₂-O)- , and p is O or an integer of l to 45O, and, when p is not O, A and X are block-copolymerized, m shows the total number of copolymerized A units and p shows the total number of copolymerized X units.

    A galvanic cell is in which at least one of the negative electrode, the positive electrode and the separator comprises a solid electrolyte prepared by doping an ionic compound to an organic polymer. A substance comprising a specific nonionic surfactant, a specific organic sulfonic acid, and a specific inorganic salt was used as the polyolefin resin modifier.

    Provided is, for example, a modifier that is for a polyolefin resin and that can provide excellent anti-fogging properties to the polyolefin resin without adversely affecting the inherent heat-sealing properties of the polyolefin resin. The modifier for a polyolefin resin according to the present invention is characterized by containing an ester compound and a nonionic surfactant, wherein the mass ratio (ester compound)/(nonionic surfactant) of the contained amount of the ester compound with respect to the contained amount of the nonionic surfactant is 10/90-30/70. The ester compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of partial esters of divalent alcohols having 2-4 carbon atoms with aliphatic monocarboxylic acids having 8-22 carbon atoms. The nonionic surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of partial esters of tri- to hexavalent alcohols with aliphatic monocarboxylic acids having 8-22 carbon atoms, specific ester compounds, and specific ether compounds.
