    本发明提供了一种固化剂中间体N,N,N‑三(3’‑氰丙基)‑1,3,5‑三嗪的制备方法,以氰尿酸、丙烯腈为原料,在催化剂和溶剂存在的条件下反应制得固化剂中间体N,N,N‑三(3’‑氰丙基)‑1,3,5‑三嗪。本发明合成固化剂中间体N,N,N‑三(3’‑氰丙基)‑1,3,5‑三嗪,分离提纯过程简单,反应时间短,产品收率可以达到94%以上,产品纯度较高,能耗少,环境污染小,成本低,是实现工业化生产的较理想的工艺。

The present invention provides a flame-retardant polyester film having an excellent flame retardancy, and adhesive tapes, flexible printed circuits, a membrane switch, a film heater, and a flat cable, each including the flame-retardant polyester film.

    Process for manufacturing a flame retarding masterbatch comprising a polyamide (PA) and/or polyester resin and a melamine cyanurate (MeCy), which process comprises the steps of feeding at least a polyamide and/or polyester resin and a melamine cyanurate to a suitable continuous kneading and extruding apparatus, melt-kneading the masterbatch components in the apparatus, and granulating the melt-kneaded masterbatch material, wherein feeding of the components to the apparatus is performed by at least a first inlet and a second inlet, positioned downstream from the first, whereby from 0-100 pbw of the total mass of PA and from 0-100 pbw of the total mass of MeCy are fed to the apparatus through the first top inlet, the remaining being fed to the apparatus through the second top inlet.

    A laminated polyester film, with excellent adhesive properties for use in a laminating material, is a film in which a resin layer including a polyester resin and a oxazoline-based cross-linking agent is laminated on at least one side surface of polyester film, diethylene glycol accounts for 40 mole% or more of all diol components constituting the polyester resin and the mass ratio of the polyester resin to the oxazoline-based cross-linking agent resin layer is within a range of 20/80 to 80/20. The film may form part of a flame-retardant polyester film in which a polyimide-including layer is laminated on both sides of the laminated polyester film. The flame-retardant polyester film may be used in a copper-clad laminated plate, which, in turn, may be used in a circuit substrate.
