A rhodium(I)‐catalyzed direct CH bond olefination of pyridyl‐substituted arenes with readily available vinyl carboxylic acids has been realized. This reaction occurred efficiently without the need for any external oxidant, affording the ortho‐olefinated products in high yields and excellent regioselectivities.
