制备方法与用途

化学性质
本品为白色颗粒状晶体,熔点170~171℃,难溶于水,能溶解于热乙醇、丙酮等有机溶剂。

用途
2-氨基-4-甲氨基-6-乙氧基三嗪是合成磺酰脲类除草剂胺苯磺隆的中间体。

生产方法
其制备过程如下:首先在反应釜中加入溶剂,搅拌下逐步加入三聚氯氰。随后将温度降至-15℃并通入氨气,维持反应温度在-5~10℃之间,待达到预定量后升温至50℃,再通入一甲胺直至终点,保温反应后进行过滤,滤液回收溶剂,滤饼用水洗涤至中性,最后烘干得到2-氨基-4-甲氨基-6-氯三嗪。接着,在另一三嗪釜内加入溶剂和乙醇钠乙醇溶液,搅拌下加入上述制得的三嗪,升温回流并反应一定时间后趁热过滤,滤液结晶,再次过滤干燥即可获得成品。
