Ten phenylpiperazine derivatives were designed and synthesized. The first complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these phenylpiperazine derivatives were achieved by means of 1D and 2D NMR techniques, including 1H–1H COSY, HSQC and HMBC spectra.
