Abstract Asymmetric epoxidation of 3-(trimethylsilyl)allyl alcohol affords epoxysilane 5 of high optical purity. Silica gel-catalyzed addition of benzenethiol to epoxide 5 affords sulfide 8 which was transformed into (2S)-2,3-O-isopropylideneglyceraldehyde 2 and the glyceraldehyde derivative 3.
摘要 3-(三甲基甲硅烷基)烯丙醇的不对称环氧化得到高光学纯度的环氧硅烷5。硅胶催化苯硫醇与环氧化物 5 的加成得到硫化物 8,硫化物 8 转化为 (2S)-2,3-O-异亚丙基甘油醛 2 和甘油醛衍生物 3。
