An organic electroluminescence device which comprises one or more organic thin film layers comprising at least one light emitting layer sandwiched between a cathode and an anode, wherein at least one of the thin film layers comprises the aromatic amine compound according to claim 1 singly or as its mixture component. Such an organic electroluminescence device has various luminescent hues, high heat resistance, long lifetime, high luminance and high luminous efficiency. The above-mentioned novel aromatic amine compound enables to realize such an organic electroluminescence device.
