R9 and R10 are independently selected from H, C1-6 alkyl and C1-10 aralkyl and R11 is selected from H and C1-6 alkyl, or R10 and R11 together with the nitrogen to which they are bonded form a 3-8 membered heterocyclic ring wherein at least one of R2, R4 and R5 is F. The compounds of the invention have reduced susceptibility to glucuronidation and microsomal oxidation as compared to current clinical compounds of the same class but in preferred forms have lower molecular weight and have blood brain barrier permeability.
