  2-Pyrrolidinylphosphinic acid has been synthesized in a one pot reacion in 90% yield from 1-pyrroline trimer and bis(trimethylsilyl) phosphonite. The same procedure has been applied for the preparation of the piperidine and perhydroazepine homologues.
