二苯并戊烯(I)被用作合成一些新的3a,4,9,9a-四氢-4,9- [1,2-苯并-1H-苯并[ f ]异吲哚-1,3( 2 H)-二酮,被N-取代:4-甲苯磺酰氧基,III ; 丁氧基,IV ; 3-溴丙氧基,V;3-(4-苯基哌嗪-1-基)丙氧基,VI ; 3-氯-3-氧丙基,VIII ; 3-(4-苯基哌嗪-1-基)-3-氧丙基,IXa ; 3-(4-甲基哌嗪-1-基)-3-氧丙基,IXb ; 3-氧代-3-(哌啶-1-基)丙基,X ; 3-吗啉代-3-氧代丙基,XI; 3-苯基氨基-3-氧丙基,XII ; 2-乙酰氨基乙基,XIV ; 2-氨基乙基XV和2-乙酰氧基乙基XVI。通过IR,1 H和13 C NMR和质谱数据对新合成的化合物进行了表征。测试所选产品的抗微生物活性。
