    Synthesis of phthalide-containing dihalogeno derivatives and polyarylene ether ketones based on them
    摘要:
    New activated phthalide-containing dihalogeno derivatives were synthesized, and cardo polyarylene ether ketones based on them were prepared. The effect of the type of the halogen atom (fluorine, chlorine, or bromine) on the efficiency of polycondensation was estimated. It was demonstrated that high-molecular-weight cardo polyarylene ether ketones can be obtained only from the difluoro derivative. The synthesized polymers are amorphous compounds characterized by high glass transition temperatures (210-250 degrees C). These polymers are soluble in many organic solvents and form strong transparent films.

    The invention provides methods and compositions useful for modulating signaling through Toll-like receptors. The methods involve contacting a TLR-expressing cell with a small molecule having a core structure including at least two rings. Certain of the compounds are 4-primary amino quinolines. Many of the compounds and methods are useful specifically for inhibiting immune stimulation involving at least one of TLR9, TLR8, TLR7, and TLR3. The methods may have use in the treatment of autoimmunity, inflammation, allergy, asthma, graft rejection, graft versus host disease, infection, sepsis, cancer, and immunodeficiency.

    This invention relates to resin material for gas separation base containing a cardo polyimide structure in which the hydrogen atoms in the side-chain benzyl and/or allyl position are halogenated at a rate of modification by halogen of 0.1% or more or resin material for gas separation base containing polymer in which the hydrogen atoms in the side-chain benzyl and/or allyl position are halogenated at a rate of modification by halogen of 34% or more and, additionally, relates to polymer which serves as raw material for the aforementioned resin material for gas separation base containing a cardo polymer structure and a process for producing said polymer; said polymer not only excels in such properties as solvent solubility, ease of conversion to film by a wet process, thermal stability, and chemical stability but also performs well in gas permeability and the process of this invention makes it possible to produce gas separation base, particularly gas separation membrane, whose gas permeability and gas selectivity can be readily controlled.

    The invention relates to the semiconductor device making technology, namely, to methods and compositions for the technology for manufacturing semiconductor devices and integrated microcircuits, particularly to the technology for creating new adhesive electroconductive compositions. The task of the claimed invention is in providing a polymer anisotropic electroconductive composite adhesive material ensuring increased reliability of positive characteristic replication, high electroconductivity and high anisotropy in the direction perpendicular to the adhesion plane, as well as a method of adhering. The set task is solved by creating a polymer anisotropic electroconductive composite adhesive material based on dielectrics, among which the necessary component ensuring high anisotropy are agents having unstable electron molecular state, which electroconductivity depends on action of external physical fields, and which are characterized by high polarizability and/or bistable electron energy structure with regard to the process of excess electron capture. Other components carry out important, but ancillary functions (e.g., increasing of strength, adhesion, workability, etc.). Novelty is in that such a polymer composite material is created based only on dielectrics, among which must be necessary components having features represented above.
