  A method for the synthesis of 5-aryl-1,3,3,-trimethyl-2-methylene-indoline derivatives of Formula (I) or its salts of Formula (Ia) 1 wherein 1 mole of a 5-aryl-2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indole derivative of Formula (VII) is reacted for 1 to 44 hours at a temperature of 20° to 180° C. in an apolar, aprotic or polar, protic or polar aprotic solvent with 1 to 50 moles of a compound of Formula R1-A; new compounds of Formulas (I)/(Ia) and (V), obtainable by this method 2 as well as an agent containing at least one compound of Formula (I)/(Ia) and a carbonyl/inune compound for dyeing keratinic fibers and a method for temporarily dyeing keratin fibers, for which the keratin fiber is dyed with the aforementioned agent and the dyeing, so obtained, is removed again at any later time by a sulfite preparation.

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von 5-Aryl-1,3,3,-trimethyl-2-methylen-indolin-Derivaten der Formel (I) oder deren Salzen der Formel (Ia),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 1 Mol eines 5-Aryl-2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indol-Derivates der Formel (VII) bei einer Temperatur von 20 bis 180 °C in einem apolar aprotischen oder polar protischen oder polar aprotischen Lösungsmittel mit 1 bis 50 Mol einer Verbindung der Formel R1-A 1 bis 44 Stunden lang umgesetzt wird; nach diesem Verfahren erhältliche neue Verbindungen der Formel (I)/(Ia) und (V);sowie mindestens eine Verbindung der Formel (I)/(Ia) und mindestens eine Carbonylverbindung/Iminverbindung enthaltendes Mittel zur Färbung keratinischer Fasern und ein Verfahren zur temporären Färbung von Keratinfasern, bei dem die Keratinfaser mit dem vorstehend genannten Mittel gefärbt wird und zu einem beliebigen späteren Zeitpunkt die so er-haltene Färbung durch eine sulfithaltige Zubereitung wieder entfernt wird.
