  摘要：

  Some novel 1-cyanoisobenzofurans have been synthesized by a convenient ring closure methodology. The new products easily reacted with electron-deficient olefins and acetylenes to yield Die Is-Alder products. Theoretical calculations satisfactorily support the quinonoide character of the new isobenzofuran derivatives.
