  The compound of formula I in free base form or in naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate acid addition salt form is known. It has now been found to possess anti-inflammatory activity. It is thus indicated for anti-inflammatory use, especially topically. Further, water-soluble acid addition salt forms have been found which are indicated for use in the preparation of e.g. pharmaceutical compositions wherein the compound is present in dissolved state in an aqueous phase.
