    摘要:
    本发明公开了一种以非离子型表面活性剂催化合成TEX的方法,包括如下步骤:向反应容器中加入发烟硝酸和浓硫酸,再加入非离子型表面活性剂,在35~55℃条件下分批加入中间体1,4‑二(甲酰基)‑2,3,5,6‑四羟基哌嗪,进行缩合成笼反应,反应0.5~2h后升温至45~75℃,进行硝化反应,反应1~3h后,倒入冰水中,经后处理得到TEX产品。本发明制得的TEX产品不需要提纯处理纯度可达98.0%以上,其得率可以达到50.0%以上,总收率可达到45%,且反应条件温和、反应操作简单,有利于工业化大规模生产。

    A process for producing dinitrotetraoxadiazaisowurzitane (DTIW), including the steps of: (a) introducing a solid material including 1,4-diformyl-2,3,5,6-tetrahydroxypiperazine (THDFP) and a nitrating acid to a reaction vessel, and (b) reacting the THDFP with the nitrating acid in a reaction stage so as to form a solid product containing DTIW, wherein the nitrating acid includes nitric acid and sulfuric acid, and wherein a weight fraction of the nitric acid in the nitrating acid is within a range of 0.40 to 0.55, a weight fraction of the sulfuric acid is within a range of 0.60 to 0.45, and a weight fraction of water in the nitrating acid, with respect to the nitric and sulfuric acids, is less than 0.015.

    A combustible cartridge case is provided that includes at least one energetic thermoplastic homopolymer or copolymer derived from, at least in part, poly(bis-azidomethyloxetane) prepolymer blocks terminated with isocyanate-reactive groups, such as hydroxyl groups. Chain linking of the prepolymer blocks is performed with diisocyanates for end-capping the prepolymer blocks, and a difunctional linking compound for linking the end-capped prepolymer blocks. The energetic thermoplastic is preferably capable of being pressed, extruded, rotational molded, injection loaded, or otherwise shaped into a desired configuration. Also provided is a chain-extended poly(bis-azidomethyloxetane) homopolymer derived from bis-azidomethyloxetane prepolymer blocks, which are terminated with isocyanate-reactive groups and chain extended with at least one diisocyanate end-capping compound and at least one difunctional linking compound.

    A melt-cast explosive which shares comparable explosive properties to those of COMP B explosives and is melt-pourable and castable under conditions comparable to those of COMP B explosives, but experiences less impact, shock, and thermal sensitivity and avoids the issues of toxicity associated with COMP B. A fundamental and well-accepted component of COMP B, i.e., trinitrotoluene (TNT), is replaced with one or more mononitro-substituted or dinitro-substituted melt-cast binders, such as dinitroanisole, which can be melt-cast without presenting the toxicity drawbacks experienced with the use of TNT. The melt-cast binder can also be combined with a processing aid selected from the group consisting of alkylnitroanilines and arylnitroanilines. Preferably, the composition also includes coarse oxidizer particles and energetic filler in fine particulate form.

    A process is provided in which at least one polyol having a hydroxyl functionality of at least three, preferably four, serves as a polymerization initiator. The polyol initiator is optionally, although preferably, reacted with a catalyst to form a catalyst-initiator complex, which is then used in the polymerization of glycidyl nitrate. The resulting polyfunctional poly(glycidyl nitrate) has a functionality substantially equivalent in number to the hydroxyl functionality of the polyol. The poly(glycidyl nitrate) is cross-linked with at least one aromatic diisocyanate having at least one aromatic ring and two isocyanate moieties bonded directly to the at least one aromatic ring. Examples of the aromatic diisocyanate include toluene diisocyanate, phenylene diisocyanate, and/or methylene di-p-phenylene diisocyanate.
