polyzirconasiloxanes were synthesized by the reaction of 1,1,2,2-tetramethyl-1,2-disilanediol with bis(2,4-pentanedionato)titanium diisopropoxide or bis(2,4-pentanedionato)zirconium diisopropoxide.
