  [EN] A myocardial imaging agent for use in humans comprising a TC(III) complex ligated in a planar position by a tetradentate ligand having incorporated therein four hard atoms and two furanome rings and in the axial positions by phosphines containing dioxanyl or ether moieties. The agent exhibits improved biodistribution, improved labeling and extremely rapid blood clearance following administration to a human. The agent has high myocardial uptake accompanied with exceptionally rapid hepatobilary clearance and extensive renal clearance to give sufficiently high heart/liver and heart/lung ratio that provide nearly ideal myocardial images in humans.
  [FR] Agent d'imagerie myocardique utilisé chez l'homme et comprenant un complexe TC(III) lié dans une position plane par un ligand tétradenté dans lequel se trouvent quatre atomes durs et deux cycles furanone, et dans les positions axiales par des phosphines contenant des fractions dioxanyle ou éther. L'agent présente une biorépartition et un marquage améliorés ainsi qu'une élimination extrêmement rapide après administration chez l'homme. L'agent présente une fixation myocardique élevée accompagnée d'une élimination hépatobiliaire exceptionnellement rapide et d'une élimination rénale importante afin de donner des rapports coeur/foie et coeur/poumons suffisamment élevés fournissant des images myocardiques presque idéales chez l'homme.
