  A polyurethane-based composition is disclosed which includes a polyurethane prepolymer, a solvent, a plasticizer and a curing agent, wherein the curing agent contains a mononuclear aromatic polyamine, and is present in an amount such that the molar ratio of all amine functions in the polyamine to all isocyanate functions in the composition is at least 0.7 to 1. Such polyurethane-based compositions have proven effective for example as adhesives and fillers in the repair of elastic substrates since they can be processed quickly and readily even at low temperatures. Methods are also disclosed for bonding or repairing elastic substrates that include corresponding polyurethane-based compositions, and to use of the composition for bonding and repairing elastic substrates.

  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Polyurethan-basierte Zusannnnensetzung, umfassend ein Polyurethanprepolymer, ein Lösungsmittel, einen Weichmacher und einen Härter, wobei der Härter ein einkerniges aromatisches Polyamin umfasst, und in einer Menge vorliegt, so dass das Mol-Verhältnis aller Aminfunktionen im Polyamin zu allen Isocyanatfunktionen in der Zusammensetzung mindestens 0,7 zu 1 beträgt. Derartige Polyurethan-basierte Zusammensetzungen haben sich insbesondere als Klebstoffe und Füllmassen bei der Reparatur von elastischen Substraten als effektiv herausgestellt, da sie schnell und auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen noch gut verarbeitet werden können. Weitere Aspekte der vorliegenden Erfindung betreffen Verfahren zum Verkleben oder Reparieren von elastischen Substraten, die entsprechende Polyurethan-basierte Zusammensetzungen einbeziehen, sowie eine Verwendung der Zusammensetzung zum Verkleben und Reparieren von elastischen Substraten.
