Synthesis of New Spiro Isoxazoline-Pyrrolizinone Derivatives<i>via</i>1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition of Nitrile Oxide

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrile oxide to 2-arylmethylidene-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolizin-1-ones afforded new 4-(aryl)-3-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-1′H,4H-spiro[isoxazole-5,2′-pyrrolizin]-1′-ones in moderate yields. The structures of all the products were characterized thoroughly by NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis together with X-ray crystallographic analysis.
氧化腈的1,3-偶极环加成到2-亚苄基-2,3-二氢-1- ħ -pyrrolizin -1-酮,得到新的4-(芳基)-3-(2,6-二氯苯基)-1' ħ,4 H-螺[异恶唑-5,2'-吡咯嗪] -1'-酮,中等收率。所有产品的结构均通过NMR,IR,MS,元素分析以及X射线晶体学分析进行了全面表征。
