  为了研究一种潜在的具有生理活性的化合物的合成方法，我们研究了1'-取代的6-氨基-螺-4-（哌啶-4'）-2 H，4 H-吡喃并[2,3- c ]吡唑取代的哌啶-4-酮，丙二腈和吡唑啉-5-酮的三组分缩合。发现合成的电化学方法更具区域选择性，反应产物是分析纯的，不需要进一步重结晶。
