Fluorescence characteristics of DSHA in liposomes as a function of incubation temperature revealed the phase transition of liposomal bilayers, which was almost consistent with those previously estimated by other methods. As the salt concentration was increased up to about 1.5 M, DSHA in liposomes underwent the phase separation and formed self-aggregates even in liposomal bilayers.
