  The reaction of excess Cd(SiF3)2·glyme (glyme = dimethoxyethane) with trimethylphosphine metal dibromides of platinum, palladium, and nickel yielded the trifluorosilyl substituted dialkyl compounds trans-Pt(SiF3)2(PMe3)2, Pd(SiF3)2(PMe3)2, and Ni(SiF3)2(PMe3)3.
