  [EN] The invention relates to the novel cyclohexylsulfonyl-acrylic acid and its derivatives of general formula (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and a process for their preparation. In general formula (I), R means: a hydroxyl group; a phenyloxy group optionally substituted by a C1-4 alkoxy group or halogen; 4-(C1-4 alkoxy)carbonyl-1-piperazinyl group; 4-[(C1-4alkyl)carbonyl-phenyl]-1-piperazinyl group; 4-piperonyl-1-piperazinyl group; 2-[(C1-4 alkoxy)carbonyl]ethylamino group; 1-ethyl-2-pyrrolidinyl-aminomethyl group; or 2-benzyloxy-carbonyl-1-pyrrolidinyl group derived from L-proline. The compounds of general formula (I) possess excellent antiulcer properties and a significant effect against Helicobacter pylori bacteria. Thus, they are useful for the therapeutic and/or prophylactic treatment of various ulcers of the oesophagus, stomach and duodenum.
  [FR] Nouvel acide cyclohexylsulfonyl-acrylique et ses dérivés répondant à la formule générale (I), leurs sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant, et leur procédé de préparation. Dans la formule générale (I), R représente un groupe hydroxyle; un groupe phényloxy éventuellement substitué par un groupe alcoxy C1-4 ou halogène; un groupe 4-(alcoxy C1-4)carbonyl-1-pipérazinyle; un groupe 4-[(alkyl C1-4)carbonyl-phényl]-1-pipérazinyle; un groupe 4-pipéronyl-1-pipérazinyle; un groupe 2--[(alcoxy C1-4)carbonyl] éthylamino; un groupe 1-éthyl-2-pyrrolidinyl-aminoéthyle; ou un groupe 2-benzyloxy-carbonyl-1-pyrolidinyle dérivé de L-proline. Les composés de la formule générale (I) présentent d'excellentes propriétés antiulcéreuses et une activité significative dirigée contre les bactéries de Helicobacter pylori. De ce fait, ils sont utilisables dans le traitement et/ou la prévention de divers ulcères de l'oesophage, de l'estomac et du duodénum.
