    A 5-isoquinolinesulfonyl derivative of Formula (I): wherein f is zero or one; m and n each is an integer of one to nine; m+n is an integer of at least one; R1 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-10 alkyl group, a C5-6cycloalkyl group or an aryl group; or R2 and R3 each is a hydrogen atom, a C1-10 alkyl group, a C5-6 cycloalkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group; R2 and R3 are C1-6 alkylene groups and linked directly or through an oxygen atom to form a 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring with the adjacent nitrogen atom; or the group is a group wherein R4 and Rs each is a hydrogen atom, a C1-10 alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group and R6 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-10 alkyl group, an aryl group, an aralkyl group, a benzoyl group, a cinnamyl group, a cinnamoyl group, a furoyl group or a group wherein R, is a C1-8 alkyl group, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a process for the preparation thereof. The compounds of this invention have a relaxatory action for vascular smooth muscle and are useful as a vasodilator and a hypotensor.

    A process for producing a flexible polyurethane foam satisfying low resilience, high vibration absorption and high durability, is presented. A mixture comprising from 95 to 50 mass% of a polyoxyalkylene polyol produced by means of an alkali metal catalyst and from 5 to 50 mass% of a polyoxyalkylene polyol produced by means of a double metal cyanide complex catalyst, is reacted with a polyisocyanate compound in the presence of a catalyst and a blowing agent, to produce a flexible polyurethane foam having a resonance frequency of at most 3.7 Hz, a resonance ratio of at most 3.5 and an impact resilience of at most 70%.

    To provide a process for producing a flexible polyurethane foam, which can suitably form a flexible polyurethane foam having a good cushioning characteristic by using a raw material derived from a natural fat/oil. The process comprises a step of reacting a polyoxyalkylene polyol (A) containing the first polyoxyalkylene polyol (A1) obtained by ring-opening polymerization of an alkylene oxide (c) with an initiator (b) in the presence of a polymerization catalyst (a), with a polyisocyanate compound (B) in the presence of a catalyst (C) and a blowing agent (D). The polymerization catalyst (a) is at least one member selected from the group consisting of a coordination anionic polymerization catalyst and a cationic polymerization catalyst, and the initiator (b) is a polyol derived from a natural fat/oil, which is obtained by providing a natural fat/oil with hydroxyl groups through a chemical reaction, and has a hydroxyl value of from 20 to 250 mgKOH/g and a ratio of the mass average molecular weight to the number average molecular weight calculated as polystyrene, (Mw/Mn), of at least 1.2.
