  (EN) The present invention relates to hitherto unknown intermediate of formula (I), in which R1 stands for hydrogen or a straight or branched aliphatic C1-C20 carbon chain or an aryl or aralkyl group, aryl and 'ar' meaning an aromatic or heterocyclic, 5- or 6-membered ring substituent containing 1 or 2 hetero atoms selected among O, S and N, R1 optionally being further substituted, and its chain being interrupted by hetero atoms like oxygen, or by carbonyl group(s); and R3 stands for hydrogen or C1-C3 alkyl. The present intermediates can be used in a one step method for producing prodrugs of formula (II), where D-H = drug itself.(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un intermédiaire inconnu jusqu'ici, représenté par la formule: (I); où: R1 représente l'hydrogène ou une chaîne de carbone C1-C20 aliphatique droite ou ramifiée ou un groupe aryle ou aralkyle, aryle et 'ar' signifiant un substituant à chaîne fermée de 5 ou 6 éléments aromatique ou hétérocyclique et contenant 1 ou 2 hétéro-atomes choisis parmi O, S et N, R1 étant éventuellement encore substitué et sa chaîne étant interrompue par des hétéro-atomes tels que l'oxygène ou par un ou des groupes carbonyle; et R3 représente l'hydrogène ou un alkyl C1-C3.
