The lipid nanoparticles comprise a lipid component consisting of a cationic lipid, a non-cationic lipid, a PEG-modified lipid, and a cholesterol or cholesterol analogue with a lower molar ratio of the non-cationic lipid than is typically present in lipid nanoparticles delivered via this route of administration.
