  (EN) A compound of formula (I), wherein R1 represents C1-4alkyl; and R2, R3, R4 and R5 each independently represent hydrogen or substituents; or R1 and R2 together form a linking chain -(CH2)mOp, (wherein m is 2 to 4 and p is zero or 1) which chain may be optionally substituted by one or two C1-4alkyl groups; and Y represents a group of formula (a) wherein R8 and R9 independently represent hydrogen C1-6alkyl, optionally substituted arylC1-6alkyl or optionally heteroarylC1-6alkyl; R10 represents an optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl group; and Z represents -(CH2)n wherein n is 2 to 8 or -(CH2)qCH=CH(CH2)r where q and r independently represent 1 to 3; or a salt thereof. Ce composé convient au traitement d'un état nécessitant la modulation de récepteurs de dopamine D3 et peut aussi être utilisé comme agent antipsychotique potentiel.
