摘要报道了一种方便的,无溶剂的苯磺酸呋喃酮与氯乙酸的硫半缩酮与氯乙酸的无溶剂缩合反应,可使用甲苯磺酸N-甲基吡啶鎓盐以优异的收率获得新型的4-噻唑烷酮。另外,据报道,在研磨条件下,由苯甲酰溴和硫代氨基脲衍生物以定量产率绿色合成了新的2,4-二取代噻唑。
